  • Billing: Invoices are issued at the start of each month based on the dedicated hours in your service agreement.
  • Terms: All retainers include an annual contract with a 30-day cancellation policy. See below for annual retainer support options.
Project-Based Support

Best for “pay-as-you-go” needs and specific deliverables.

  • Rate: A la carte projects are billed at $56 per hour.
  • Billing: To ensure the timely delivery of your final assets, payment for project-based work is due upon receipt of the invoice.
